Pilates group classes offer a fun and energizing workout in a group setting. The instructors are adept at managing the many dynamics that a group class presents. Classes are available at many times throughout the day, including weekend mornings.
All instructors at Tensile Strength Studio are certified with the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). This certification is the gold standard, and offers the participant the highest level of expertise and safety. The PMA currently offers the only accredited third party credential available for Pilates.
